2026 Popcorn Fundraiser Update!

Welcome to Popcorn season! 

Troop 640 offers all scouts the opportunity to participate in fundraisers to earn money and fund their adventures with the troop.  The annual popcorn fundraiser is a great opportunity for scouts to work to pay their own way.  Scouts earn 30% commission for all storefront and door to door sales.  Online sales earn a 35% commission.

If you are new to troop 640, please send us Scout name, parent name, phone number, and email address to add you to our troop with Trails End.  For returning sellers, please update your Trails End app and make sure everything is up to date. 

We will be picking up our popcorn on August 21st.  Show and Sell shifts (storefront sales) are available now in the Trails End App.  Door to door sales may start on 8/22.  Additionally, this year will be ending the fundraiser on October 5th.  This is a little earlier than past years,

If you are the first person selling at a storefront for the day, you will be responsible for picking-up popcorn from the Naber’s house. If you are the last to sell for the day, you will need to bring the popcorn back to the Naber’s house. You can also check out popcorn for door to door sales Please let Jen or Chris Naber know if you want popcorn to sell on your own door to door. 

Next, please be sure to track all sales (storefront and door to door) in in the Trails End app.  This is very important as it allows us to monitor our inventory and track payments.
