I see on the Calendar that there is a meeting on Saturday 11/5 from 9am-2pm for Annual Planning. Is this meeting for all Scouts and parents to attend? Also is lunch being provided or cooked during the meeting?

Good question – the meeting is for everyone, including parents as they are more likely to know schedules for family trips/conflicts and can provide appropriate input. Food will be provided! This was discussed at our previous meetings and will likely be talked about again in the future as we solidify details such as the location (we are checking on church availability).
