Hey Troop 640, after an amazing success with Mystery Tour, I am sad to say that this is my last meeting as your great SPL. We will be having Elections tomorrow, so if you were planning on getting a high role, you should prepare speeches.

Hello Troop 640, we will be having another requirement night, also it will be a new parent orientation meeting.

Tomorrow we will be working on requirements. Also, for those interested in the Alaska Backpack High Adventure this summer, plan to meet (both Scouts and Parents) with Mr. Johnson as well!

Tomorrow we are going to the Ridge Recreation Center for swimming at 6:30 till 8:30. Bring money, it is about $6, but I would bring extra just in case. See you there!

Hello Troop 640, tomorrow we will be planning for our Klondike camping trip and also be planning our activity night for TopGolf on the 12th. Hope to see you there.

Tomorrow we have our first Court of Honor of this year! I want you to all dress up in your best uniform possible.

Remember that families are invited to enjoy our accomplishments and refreshments will be served after the meeting.

Tomorrow we will be practicing some skits. I would recommend looking up some skits so that you are prepared to teach each other.

Also, this meeting is the last one before the Court of Honor so make sure to get all your advancement and requirements signed off.

On Monday we will be having a PLC at 6:00 to 7:00 before the meeting, if you have any ideas for what to do I would recommend coming to it. We love hearing your ideas!

Because there is no meeting next week (the 15th for MLK Day), we will be planning the Ice Climbing trip. If we have extra time we will separate into patrols to plan possible outings.

Tomorrow we are going to have our annual Christmas Party! There will be many activities that we planned including:

• $20 gift exchange (try to get a gift that is as close to $20)
• FOOD, including: pizza, cookies, assorted fruit, lemonade, big bag of chips. This will be brought by Liam if I remember correctly.
• Decorate Adults/ASMs and SM
• Ugly sweater contest
• Board games (if we have time)

Tomorrow, Troop 640, we are going to be planning for our ski/snowboard/sledding adventure. Not only that but we will be planning our Christmas/Holiday party. We like everyone’s input, so come on down and help plan.
