Merit Badge Counselors

Last year we made a call out for new Merit Badge Counselors. The request still stands! We have several important, Eagle-Required Merit Badges without any Troop 640 counselors! Please take a look at our list and reach out – it take very little to sign up! Below is our original request with important links.

As most have heard, Scouts BSA has added a new Eagle-Required Merit Badge and we need your help! We need at least one, but preferably more than one, counselor so our Scouts can get this merit badge. Thanks to Mr. Strauss for stepping up and leading our first wave of Scouts through this merit badge this past weekend!

We have plenty of other open slots for merit badge counselors so if you aren’t signed up already to be a Merit Badge Counselor, there’s one brief form required (linked on our Resources/Links tab on the website and here)

Take a look at our list of current Merit Badge Counselors (also linked on our website and here – password is the same as the one for photos) and feel free to sign up for any others you think make sense!
